Have you ordered physical products from us like books or a CD set?

For delivery within Canada, these products are shipped in Canada via Canada Post. It can take up to 10 days to receive your order.

For delivery within the United States, these products are shipped via USPS and can take up to two weeks to arrive, possibly three weeks for Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
