When we got home after our interview that night, we rushed to our computers to look at our own marketing material and found that, we too, had a lot of things to improve. So we made the improvements and within the next few weeks, we noticed a big increase in traffic and conversion rates. Then we took everything a step farther and looked at all our marketing material, including such things as our business cards and our print material, so that everything was consistent and sent out the same message.
