About Us
We are Daniel G. St-Jean, and Laurel R.
Simmons—entrepreneurs to the core!
Daniel has been
in “sales & marketing” in one form all of his adult life. And in the last
20 years, he has bought, started, or sold ten different businesses. He has been a
professional photographer, a publisher of educational material, calendars and
greeting cards, the owner of a framing shop & art gallery, a professional
tour guide, an independent distributor of health products, a speaker, a
trainer, and a teacher. He has also written two published books; his first one
became a Canadian bestseller in 1992. The first printing of his second book—A
First Serving of Milk & Cookies for Success—was released in September
2004 and is almost sold out. As well, he has contributed a chapter in the
bestselling book
Together—as Internet
Marketing Advisors, Affiliate Marketers and Home Based Business Builders—we
have generated millions of dollars of business, and we're very enthusiastic
about sharing our insights with you.
And oh yes... we're the kind of
people who are constantly trying new things, taking risks, and building the
kind of life and business that we want. We believe in working smart and having
fun... AND in sharing the wealth that we create.

On a Personal
Note
We live in a beautiful, spacious townhouse in a
very green area of Ottawa—the capital of Canada—near the Ottawa River and
Britannia Beach where we like to walk to to witness the sun setting over the
water. And the main bike paths. We love biking; it’s our favorite mode of
exercise and pastime.
Our other pastimes include reading (Laurel is an avid reader—she read Harry Potter’s 7th
book in one day!), movies, music,
walking, visiting, museums & art galleries, attending plays and concerts,
cooking (especially on the BBQ), wine (studying, and savoring), and traveling,
particularly on a cruise ship. (Over the years, Daniel has toured almost all of
North America—he lived in the
We do not have children of our own, but we have
lots of nieces, nephews, siblings and parents we love to visit and spend quality time with every chance we
get.
One of Daniel’s favorite
activities is creating new words: business words like Connectworking,
Communicaetiquette, BizzTool, BizzBuilder & BizzBlocker. And adjectives
like awesomsational, splendelightful, and wonderFUNtastic.
Our favorite made-up word is
Successerenity—attaining it is our ultimate goal in life. We define it this
way:

with the choices they’ve made,
and who are contentedly enjoying success,
with success defined as making their life what they
want it to be,
their better life for THEM, the design they give
it,
the dreams they accomplish.
That’s precisely what
Laurel and I are experiencing at the moment. And because it feels so right, we
try our very best to help as many people as we can experience that too.

Relation to MLM and Home Based Businesses…
We’ve been “connected” together
and separately to MLM, Network Marketing, Direct Sales or the Home Based
Business industry for a long time, either as customers or as business builders.
We are currently involved in two Direct Sales businesses*.
One thing we’ve noticed during all
these years of connectedness to the work-at-home industry is that few people
actually really succeed (as in making a yearly six-figure income). There are
many reasons for that sad state of affairs—most of them have to do with the
people who get involved in the business, not the company, not the products, not
the pay plan, and certainly not the industry.
For one thing, many of these
would-be business builders think that all they have to do is sign their name on
a dotted line, pay the sign-up fee, talk to a few friends and family members,
and somehow money will start piling up in their bank account.
However, there are many others who
are really serious about changing their life, who understand that work needs to
be done—lots of work—and who are willing to roll up their sleeves and use some
elbow grease to get the job done—for as long as it takes.
In many cases unfortunately—as was
evidenced recently when we interviewed over 50 budding MLM & home based business
builders—these well-intended people often lack the support and / or the
training they need to succeed. Their intentions are good but their support
stinks! Their sponsors are either too green to really be of assistance, or too
busy to return phone calls.
Many of the interviewees admitted
to being overwhelmed by all there is to learn if one wants to succeed to the
max in the digital age of network marketing. They’re confused as to where to
start, and what to do next. In total desperation, they throw their arms up in
the air, pull out their credit card, and buy $200, $300, or $500 worth of
(often deadbeat) leads that consume a lot of their time, energy, and in many
cases, the last available credit on their card. Then, they quit. Who can blame
them?
We heard the cry for help. And
we’re coming to the rescue!

with ALL of our special eReports—is to help the greatest possible number of MLM

experience. That’s our raison-d’etre!
We ourselves have created many
success stories amongst the people in our downlines—at least those who DO want
to work. One of the biggest reasons for that success—we have been told—is that

You see, we are constantly on the Internet,
looking, searching, reading, taking courses (teleclasses, webinars, etc.),
buying software, acquiring tools, subscribing to ezines & newsletters,
trying things out, testing, calling and asking questions. It’s what we do!
And when we find
something—anything!—that can help the people in our downline to reduce their
stress level, save time, save money and make money (the main reason they’re in
business), we share the information with them. Because after all, the more THEY
succeed, the more WE succeed!
